I cant compare TA Truck Repair Shops to competitor shops bc EVERYTIME I've had a problem over the road,TA TRUCK CENTERS end up with the PARTS I NEED,IN STOCK so Ive always ended up there. With that said,EVERY TA TRUCK REPAIR SHOP Ive used has GREAT STAFF.And this TA was just another EXAMPLE.STEVE was EXCEPTIONALLY FRIENDLY at the desk and He and AUSTIN had me in and out with a TIRE REPAIR AND NEW AIR BAG before I could even clock a SMALL Sleeper Break. As well as the Friendly Staff inside making a BAD DAY,A LITTLE BIT BETTER.And the same for AUSTIN at RICHMOND HILL,GA TA for the FAST 200 MILE RETORQUE,5 STAR there as well.So Thank you again TA for your GREAT STAFF as well as the ENDLESS STOCK of TRUCK PARTS.

Compared to other TA Truck Services, this one really stood out for how quickly they took care of me. They definitely made the process smooth and efficient

Terrible service! I went to change a tire on my truck at 1:45 AM and they refused to work! They're paid by the hour and have no interest in providing good service. That shop needs a manager or the right attitude to work!

Run down and dirty. For a "truck stop" there was almost no actual food options at 10pm. The shelves were pretty empty too. Don't recommend for food at night for sure.
